We know that first-time visits to any church raise many questions and concerns. Here's a quick look at some frequently asked questions that will hopefully give you a better idea of what to expect when you visit Cookeville Church of the Nazarene. WHEN DO YOU MEET?We gather for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:40 a.m. Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can park, say hello, and find a seat. Come in through the main doors under the awning on the north side of the building. We also offer Sunday School classes for all ages Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. A greeter or pastor will be available to help you find the right class for you (and your family).

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?You can expect a friendly welcome, a dynamic service filled with scripture, prayer, worship music, and thoughtful, Biblical teaching. Click to meet our Ministry Team. WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?We provide children’s programming during both the Sunday School and worship gathering hours for infant-6th grade. For all the details on children’s programming, please visit our Children’s Ministry page.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?At CNC, the focus is on Jesus, not on how we dress! Feel free to dress as dressy or as casual as you would like! If you wear shorts, jeans, flip flops, dressy, or business casual you will be welcome!
